Why do male and female dogs mate?

Male and female dogs cannot separate from each other during mating, due to the process of "copulatory tie".

In fact, dogs belong to the Canidae family, which includes wolves, foxes, jackals, etc. A characteristic feature of this family is that they have a special bulge on their penis called the bulbus glands. Like the rest of the penis, this part is also made up of erectile tissues, that is, tissues that swell due to blood pressure and cause tension in the penis.

During the sexual union of males and females, with the release of sperm, the blood pressure in this Bulbus gland increases due to which the male cannot remove his penis from the body of the female. The purpose of this is that the male cannot ejaculate quickly and the sperm is not wasted and the sperm cannot come out of the female's body. By which male and female are attached/stuck to each other, this situation is called a copulatory tie.

This condition resolves itself after some time when the male's blood pressure is normal. This situation usually takes 15 to 20 minutes to resolve, but it may take less or more time.

This process (copulatory tie) plays an important role in increasing the breed of the animal, according to research, pregnancy can occur without a copulatory tie, but without this process, the chances of pregnancy are very low.

Along with this, the copulatory tie is also a sign that the male has released a large amount of sperm into the female's body.

The male performs his mating in three stages,

1- In which the male's semen is water-like and contains a very small amount of sperm, whose purpose is to lubricate the female's reproductive system for movement.

2- In this, the male secretes more semen than before, but the chances of pregnancy are less. At the end of this stage, the copulatory tie occurs.

3- The third stage occurs a few minutes after the occurrence of the copulatory tie, the number of sperm released in this stage is so high that the chances of pregnancy are more than 90%. It is said that there are more chances of pregnancy after the copulatory tie.

Every animal has sex, it is a natural process, but still, some people kill the trapped animal during the process, which causes the animal's blood pressure to increase due to fear, and its copulatory tie and length. This happens due to the animal cannot even run away and can't even release itself and some insensible people beat them further, causing further damage to both of their organs.

Animals are also creatures of Allah, have mercy on them.
